What we mostly hope NOT to eat.

I went out with Craig as he shopped at the local markets.  My job was to take pictures and interview the fresh catches of the day.  It's all good, especially anything with eyeballs.

Stingray.  Craig says its "not horrible" while still "not really good" eating.  Technically, it's not "boney," but more "cartilagy."

The mangos here, on the other hand, are indescribably tastey.  The Turkish delight of this land!  If we never return home, it's because the mangos kept us in their spell.

These are mostly dead chickenses.

Notice the cat on the floor.  The markets keep them around to eat the mice, which eat the dogs, which eat the cats.  So I have no idea how this cat could even exist.

Squid. Slurp up yourself a few!

We stopped and asked this guy for directions.  He talked our heads off.

Typical shopping strip around here.

Craig ran into friends at the supermarket.  Further proof that he's a real part of the community.
